These terms apply to all bookings made with C Line Cars, and this policy explains how we handle personal data you give us when booking a journey. This page was last updated August 2026.
When you book with C Line Cars, we confirm a fixed price for your journey before travel, based on your pick-up address, destination, vehicle type and any additional stops. This fixed price is not increased due to traffic conditions on the day, except where the pick-up or drop-off details change from what was originally booked.
We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible so we can reallocate the vehicle. Cancellations made with reasonable notice ahead of the booked pick-up time are not charged; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge, which we will always discuss with you directly rather than apply automatically without explanation.
Where you provide a flight number at booking, we track the flight automatically and adjust your pick-up time to match any delay, at no extra charge. This applies to the flight number provided at the time of booking; please let us know if your flight details change.
C Line Cars operates fully insured vehicles under private hire licensing. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to what is required under our insurance policy and applicable UK law; we recommend travellers arrange their own travel insurance for items such as delayed or missed flights beyond our control.
The price confirmed at booking is the total price payable, inclusive of the standard £5 pick-up and drop-off charge shown on our fare table. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.
When you book with us, we collect the personal information necessary to fulfil that booking: your name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off addresses, and travel date/time. If you provide a flight number, we use it solely to track your flight for pick-up timing purposes.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We retain booking information only as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes.
